Many bugs on upgrade, google maps support doesn't work for logged out users. NO RESPONSE from customer support.

I can't even register with for support because I don't see any purchase code of circleflip in my theme forest account. However, the issue I guess is known :

I uninstall and can see my admin, install and it crashes again. Also demos can't be loaded due to upload limits on server. Wordpress templates must be easy to install, this is like too complex. Why should people buy templates, if not good.

Are you referring to the online documentation or the PDF documentation ? We believe that the online documentation here is very detailed. We also referred a lot of customers to it so that they can build their websites easily and they found it simple and to the point.

Beyond that, if you have any other problems; you can contact our support team who will do their best to help you.

I'm disappointed in the lack of support I have been getting. It shouldn't been taking 3 days to respond to a simple question. What if I have a major problem on a live site? I would lose a client.

The admin panel in the theme options leaves much to be desired. The fact that it seems like something as simple as changing the footer color that I have to add custom css, in my option, is ridiculous.

Also, had I had known that this theme doesn't support a child theme, I wouldn't have purchased it.

Can you please point out the request that you have sent for 3 days without a response ? Cause I can't find that in TF comments or on our support forum.

Also, the child-theme support issue, Yes, Circle Flip supports that.

For the Theme Options, there're a lot of simple options that can be added there that will be needed by different customers. Would it be logic to add 100 new options there while you only need 1 or 2 of them? We added the most needed and desired ones to the theme options, and usually when different customers request something, we consider adding it later on.

One final point, our support team is doing a lot of efforts to help all our customers, sometimes we have a lot of tickets to reply to, and we always stood by our customers in critical situations like a Live site or so.
