Can you please point out the request that you have sent for 3 days without a response ? Cause I can't find that in TF comments or on our support forum.
Also, the child-theme support issue, Yes, Circle Flip supports that.
For the Theme Options, there're a lot of simple options that can be added there that will be needed by different customers. Would it be logic to add 100 new options there while you only need 1 or 2 of them? We added the most needed and desired ones to the theme options, and usually when different customers request something, we consider adding it later on.
One final point, our support team is doing a lot of efforts to help all our customers, sometimes we have a lot of tickets to reply to, and we always stood by our customers in critical situations like a Live site or so.
