I can’t get answers from support on the forum. It’s been three days since I posted and there are no replies. Database articles are all for wordpress and joomla versions. The version I purchased in early February is html with bootstrap only. How long will I have to wait for a response? Experts are always Offline. I think this is disrespectful. The carousel on the site only works in the DEMO, but in the version I downloaded it doesn’t. The javascript, jquery and CSS are there in the folders. I need answers. Your support is horrible.

1a can remove (“features”, “recent property” or any other sections I don’t want ?) 1b can we move the contact agent to upper right side, instead of “find property” and remove “find property” OR move find property below the images? OR place “contact agent” under “find property” 1c the contact agent, will show automatically the “property id or title” in subject title when visitor submits the form?
2__for all property listings on all pages, can you show status “rented” “avail” “for sale” etc on the images? or somewhere for each property listing?
3__you have instructions to convert to the latest version of wordpress?
4__all features will work on wordpress latest version?
5__is this fully HTML 5 compliant?

1. You have to choose the properties for the home property slider so it’s possible for you to choose only sold properties.
2. This theme support RTL
3. You have a carousel short code with this theme.
4. The custom fields work with RTL language but you should choose the field’s ‘name’ ( the name used in source code, not for displaying ) as English to avoid error.

I’m sorry but it seems I make a mistake when answering you last time. My previous answer is for the WordPress theme. The HTML version doesn’t have features such as custom fields or RTL support. So, you should buy the WordPress theme if you want these features.

with the html verison , how do you add all the properties, do they have to made into html pages individually or does it run from a database?? got approx 200 properties so having to do it manually would be a nightmare

Does it make a difference to the loading time if I add 3 or 30 images to the home slider? Do people with a slow internet connection have to wait until all 30 images are finished loading before the rest of the page is loaded and the slider finally starts? Or how does this work?

For the slider to start, it’ll need the images to fully loaded, however, the rest of your page doesn’t have to wait for the slider. It’ll work like this:
– HTML will load first.
– All the external files: CSS, JS, Images will load concurrently. Normally, the files with larger size ( eg. slider’s images ) will finish after others.
– The files that are finished loading will be displayed in your site. But the slider will wait for all the images before starts
So, aside from the slider, other parts of your page will be displayed to when they finished loading.

Those links are where administrators to login to all the WordPress sites.

I’m sorry, I mistake it with the WordPress version.
The HTML template has no backend side so you can’t have the function like login for admin to post and update. That function is available only on WordPress or Joomla version.

I don’t think the cost for customization will be lower than buying our WordPress theme, so I suggest you do some research about WordPress then buy our theme if it suits you.
With WordPress, you can create a site with login/register and many more functions

I’m interested in purchasing this but I’ve noticed on the home page the page keeps scrolling up and down by it self.

It looks like that because of the Recent Property slider in the middle of our Home page. That slider’s auto-playing and because its content changing, the page’s height is changed and it look like it’s scrolling up and down.

Okay, that makes sense. I would recommend for demonstration purposes you should make the content on both slides the same amount of content so it doesn’t scare away potential buyers
