The theme has not been updated since Mar 2, 2020.
After WordPress got updated this week to version 5.8.2, the entire back end was not accessible. The site still looks good.
I cannot contact support because my support is expired.
They are charging me $32.38 to contact support.
I spent one hour with the hosting company to bring the WordPress back to the previous version but the citilights theme is still broken.
For some reason, the child theme, where we have most of our customizations is the one that is breaking the site.

Design is nice, but that's all. Flexibility is under zero.

The theme works perfectly for a directory of restaurants that is for me to buy it.
But the support of the theme is one of the best, they always help us find the solution. 100% recommended

TRULY DISAPPOINTED with this Theme. Buyer Beware!! The theme does not include visual editor of WPBAKERY. It has been disabled because of bugs in the theme making this theme very difficult to edit. Many features that are usually included in WPbakery are not available. Wasted hours of time trying to modify the theme. Support sucks too. takes them days to respond. Walk away from this one and invest in a proper Real Estate system. Save yourself the headaches. REFUND DEMANDED!

Citilights is not perfect but is easy to customize, It's features are not bloated with need for additional plugins. Support can be improve/faster. Thanks NooTheme. Keep up the good works/updates.
