Please unpack the whole package after downloading it from Themeforest. On that extracted themeforest-theme-shopify-theme, You can find files like Documentation, theme.zip, Log.txt and Readme.txt.
You need to install the file “citrus.zip ”.

I don’t know why when I install it, i don’t get the same result as the demo version. (I’m using the single product one but i tried the other one)
My problem is that I can’t find contact-us, about-us and FAQ pages Even the account creation don’t exist
Where can i find all of this ?

Hi, really simple question on the single product theme. How do I get the images to display under the “Our Gallery” section. I get an option to pick a menu which then displays empty grey boxes depending on the number of items in the menu but I cannot work out how to attribute an image to the grey box. Help please?!?

I hope you're happy, healthy, and safe. My name is Tiana and I'm running into an issue. My purchase code is 5ef0485b-e20d-4c59-870a-234db4be18c1 - 24 Feb 2020 .
The issue I am having is with the sidebar. When I remove the display homepage sidebar option, I am able to see my mobile sidebar fine, but it’s removed from the desktop version. Then if I click on display home page sidebar it works on the desktop version but it disappears from the mobile. This is the only issue that I am currently having with this amazing website. That’s the only thing I need to fix

Regarding CSS compilation error we already fixed and updated, plz download the latest version of theme.
You should not be selling themes which are faulty. You have wasted a lot of my time. I will be getting a full refund from my card provider.
We many times requested you send the store details we will check help in this case.
Any potential customers reading this, be aware, any problems and this author will not refund you. This theme is full of bugs. Read the previous comments. Will need to contact Mastercard to get my refund. Very unprofessional conduct from this seller.
See we already said many time theme is updated you need to use the latest version, but still you are repeatedly posting the same comment!
As I explained once already, you should not be selling a failty theme. You have wasted my time and money. You kept me waiting all weekend without any response or explanation while I needed this for a client. Whether you updated or not is irrelevant. I expect to buy a working product, not one faulty from the beginning. You could’ve rectified this by providing a refund as requested, but still you have failed to do so. You are simply highlighting your atrocious customer service, so I suggest you stop responding. Themeforest notified of this poor service and charge back initiated. How disappointing from you.
