Customer Support Team takes too long in reverting to queries and addressing the issue with a resolution which is a big downside for linking this template to high volume channels. Support Team shows lack of comprehending the issue in the first place to provide resolution instead ask for clarification for simple issues which in turn takes longer time in finding solution to an issue.

It' s clear in the item page, in the support tab and in the in the documentation that support is managed in 24/48 hours workings days (as many other authors in this marketplace). Your request was ion Sunday. We always try to do our best and reply as soon as possible to our customers. Many other customers appreciate our effort as you can see from the reviews recevied . Design and code is perfect. Bought more for co-pages with another color scheme, it is easily to switch colors. Customer support is fast and helpful. I am very satisfied with the template.
