I've used the theme for 2 years for my bicycle shop and I'm very pleased with it. It comes with a slew of plugins and options. I don't need half of them, which means for some people this theme is even better than one can imagine.

Great template and features. Quick response from support helping with my issue when some icon colours had changed. Issue was not caused by the Ciyashop template but one of my plugins that I had installed.

Nice theme, good support. I recommend its a best collection of themes. I would say best woo commerce theme for any ecommerce project. just need to update documentation with good quality video instruction, but yes there support team is best and quick to help.
