The Customer Support is The Best i have had on this platform. they are very patient and helped me customize my theme the way i needed. im not a tech person so design is out of my knowledge but i felt confident with them and the help they gave to get everything together for my site.

Buying the theme and spending an extra 6 months on it turned out to be a very bad decision.
If you can, find another theme!
I would like to ask for my money back, but as far as I can see, themeforest is not very helpful in this either.
In many cases, the documentation is inadequate.
In particular, the biggest suck was with the map settings. Documentation had nothing to do with how to install it.
Customer service can answer simple questions. In problematic situations, they talk nonsense and sometimes it seems to me that they look stupid.
In some cases, wordpress access and cpanel access are requested for "Detailed review."
And I could actually go on and on, but that would just waste my time, just like buying the theme.
Money can be replaced, but wasted time cannot!
Just look carefully at the comment section, not the stars!
Great layout and design, Customer support is supportive with helping with your questions!

The theme does not work properly! Any changes made to the theme settings have no effect. As our support ended they simply do not help.
You buy the theme and if you don't use in the first 6 months (with active support) if the theme does not work it is your problem. That is it!

your support has been expired 7 years ago not just expired. And support is recurring expenses for us, whether customer use their support or not. we usually don't force customer for renewal but 7 years are beyond the timeline.

I like the wide functionality of the theme. Yes, it has some minor bugs or maybe some nice things to be developed, but in general, it is a fantastic product, adaptable as per your needs.
Not to forget fantastic support - I have never had such great support that helps with solving issues, sending precise guidelines with visual material about how to find one or another setting option.
