I have just turned on ad approvals and have been informed that users dont get notified when their ads are approved or denied. I have seen there is a section with emails that are meant to go out and have checked all other emails are being sent. What would be the most likely cause of this problem?

As a matter of fact I wasn’t expecting an answer from you rude people, I didn’t get the help I needed when I had support why do you think I would pay you another dime. I was hoping someone who has been struggling with this theme has come across the same problem and knows how to fix it. My review is honest and as a matter of fact I will add the rest of the problems with your theme to my review to help others know what they are getting themselves into. It seems to me you are the ones trying to prevent me from sharing the truth about your product. If you had a good product why would you be intimidated by a review. If anything I have said in the review is not true you should be able to disprove it.

You waited for your support to expire and then left the rating and used it to post questions outside of support page in order to force us into helping you free of charge. That’s exactly what you did, as otherwise you would have asked something first and only then leave a rating in case you have a bad experience.
You could have simply contacted us and we’d help you anyway but you decided to be a cheap blackmailer instead of a correct customer and we respect that.

why would i contact you when you did not help me with my problems when i had support. I was told by you that the issue I had was beyond the scope of support, so I know you will not help me ever. And I did not wait for support to run out, my problem has occured now. Its almost as if you are trying to blackmail me into not reviewing your product. As if you do not want people to know how bad it is that is why you are getting so defensive right now. If anything in my review was not true, you would not be so defensive.

Yes we had ads on automatic approval for three years, now we have more people and some people have started posting weird things so we need to moderate it. Why is that weird to you? How long does it normally take people to gain a reasonable audience on a classifieds site? You should be ashamed of yourselves, this type of behaviour says alot about you as a business and as people. Firstly a piece of advice, reviews are there to help you maybe if you spent less time being defensive and more time understanding the problems people are pointing out in the reviews you would have better reviews. It does not matter what you say I am keeping the review up, everything I have said in the review is true and anyone wanting to buy the theme needs to know the work they will have to do.

I haven’t earned anything from the theme, I had to hire someone on fiver to fix the problems for me. I have actually lost money. It would have been cheaper to have bought another theme altogether but we did not know how much work it needed until we had already spent quite a bit. And as I have said I never asked you for anything. I posted a question in a forum for someone who might have a similar problem to answer.

I bought this theme but since installed, users can’t upload images. I have written support many times and only put blame on hosting provider and won’t help with this problem. Months has passed and no resolution at this time. Very disappointing.

What solution you gave? Contact hosting provider? I already did and shared with you the screenshots the provided where they say everything’s ok with their service. I asked for further information and stopped answering via support. The only party refusing to “listen” it’s you. How sad that here you reply messages fast because they are public, but in support platform I’m still waiting…

We gave you the solutions same as in our reply here. We cannot answer the same thing again and again just for you to do nothing about it. Try out different hosting or the one that we suggested that has 3 days free trial and see for yourself if it is problem of the theme or your hosting.
If it is the issue with the theme (which is not 100%) we’ll refund you but it is not. The theme doesn’t have a problem with uploading images at all and we guarantee that.
We will not be resolving the issues caused by third-party stuff, code or hosting.

Is there any possibility to insert a visible button to contact the ad author, instead the link “Ask question” ? I mean something usable and easy to create contacts between visitors and ad authors.
Is there any option to add ads to a Favorites list?
Is there any possibility to create recurring payments or an auto renewal mehtod? Or ads have first to expire, and then authors can renew them?
