Completely unusable and well documented is a lie. The contact and SMTP functionality is completely broken. I have my SMTP info I entered it correctly because I set up email servers daily and it doesn't work. This devs only response is contact your hosting and get the info. I am the hosted I have the info stupid! This product is completely broken and useless and the support is useless as well as their is NO DOCUMENTATION for SMTP settings. So even with the right info which I have I can do nothing. Spend 8 months building a site just to find out it is broken and the devs don't care a single bit. AVOID!!!

The Slider Revolution included in this theme failed me. Each time I try to update, the update package is not included so it automatically fails. When I try to update it through the "Theme Plugin", the plugin update is not available. I cannot use Slider Revolution on my website. These theme developers have made it impossible to reach them, and they have not created a solution to this issue. I should not be paying for "extended support" for minor issues like this. Terrible support, I do not recommend it.

Hello, sorry to know this issue. When we release update we provide slider revolution I side the theme pack plugin folder. User need to update from their..secondly, as this is give as bonus with theme under extended licence. No theme author can made auto update system for extended plugins. User need to upload from the plugin folder or purchase a regular licence from the plugin author to auto update.

I bought this theme because it looks beautiful. I installed it without any problem and I could easily change and fit the theme accordingly with my desire even if I am a beginner in WP. I really recommend this theme to anyone who want to create a webpage without loosing time and engery with themes wich are not working because the "help" you get is not exaktly what you expect. Best not to need any help!
