Do not even include license Key in the email. Took forever to importing demo.

The email doesn't contain the license key in the Email. Did you follow this link https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/202822600-Where-Is-My-Purchase-Code-. Because this is the standard way to collect the purchase code of your bought theme.

I bought this theme because it looks beautiful. I installed it without any problem and I could easily change and fit the theme accordingly with my desire even if I am a beginner in WP. I really recommend this theme to anyone who want to create a webpage without loosing time and engery with themes wich are not working because the "help" you get is not exaktly what you expect. Best not to need any help!
Blazingly fast customer support. Literally within minutes of me posting there was an answer on the support portal.
Ok. They had an issue with a license that somehow got used somewhere else with no notice. Security lacking.
