Revolution slider doesnt work, in the first it says that cant find directory, so i have created folder in image/catalog revslider_media_folder but then once i try selecting image it calls ajax call to a file:
system/config/revslider/ajax.php?action=revslider_show_image&img=NaN&w=100&h=70&t=exact
And opencart does require a token to be passed to that file and it do not do so, so revolution slider is useless in this theme

Unfortunately Revolution Slider for OpenCart, which is a 3rd party plugin, has been deprecated and will no longer receive updates.
We will remove the extension from the theme package on the next update and include another slideshow module.
and when we can expect it? or at least what slider you planing on integrating?

Thanks for the update, but the et_slider i believe is missing somethings (animation style) for example text only slides right (if you select animation) none of other animations are working, i do believe you missed animation style to include

You are using WooCommerce while Clearshop theme is only for OpenCart.
But as a suggestion. To improve your loading times you need a cache plugin. There is a number of WordPress cache plugins for free.
Just a thumbs up for Luis for a clean flawless product and (what I could never imagine is possible) outstanding support through the last three years. No doubt, best software purchase I have ever done.
Is this theme compatible with OpenCart 1.5.6.4?
No, I removed support for that old version.
Latest theme release is only compatible with OpenCart 2.2.0 and newer.
I just installed the template in a new Opencart installation and the Revolution Slider module on the backend is not displayed correctly.
I followed the setup steps and, for the moment, the demo data does not look the same as your demo.
I am using version 2.3 of Opencart.

On the backend does it look without styling? Probably it’s a problem with the permissions to the RevSlider folder.
Please, edit system/.htaccess and replace its contents with:<Files ~ "\.(js|css|gif|png|jpg|woff|ttf)$"> Order Allow,Deny Allow from all </Files>

There have been many changes in the OpenCart 3 that I had to wait and test for a more stable version. OpenCart 3.0.2.0 seems stable and enough.

hello, In your demo I can not understant how could I build menu, is it posible to make html menu with images? I saw you first category ”SHOP” on your demo and can not find where is it created? does the main menu support html? second question is about atributes. I did not see how they are displayed.

It’s possible to add some custom html blocks with text or images. On the demo BLOCK1 only shows text but it’s possible to add other html elements.
The SHOP top menu is only a trigger to show the categories in dropdown mode. They can also be displayed in line just like the default OpenCart demo.

I’ve just purhcased this theme from my office account ( growmit ) and I want to report some bugs that I fount using this theme on OC version 2.2.0.0.
1. when ajaxserach is enabled and you search for a product, some menu header text appears above the search results – see picture attached. http://growmit.eu/opencart/bugs/bug_clearshop.PNG
2. When I try to change the currency the same problem happens as the search results. – see picture attached. – http://growmit.eu/opencart/bugs/overlay_cleanshop.PNG
I think is because of the z-index in css and you should probabbly fix this.
3. on your last posts you said that an update is coming soon and a new feature will be available as “custom product tab ” on the product page. Any news regarding the update?

Thank you for reporting the issues. I already fixed the problem with the menu over other elements. It happened only with the fullwidth mode.
I also have the extra tab extension but I couldn’t upload the files yet.

I don’t see a 3rd level category page. It only shows in ‘top menu’. Sometimes I have 150+ categories as 3rd level. How to fix this?

The demo site was showing only 2 levels. I just added a new level Shoes > Athletics Shoes > Tennis Shoes to show the option http://everthemes.com/demo/clearshop/
If you want to show the 3rd level it can be enabled from the admin panel easily.

1,2 You need an extension to add affiliate links. The add to cart button is easy to remove but a plugin will add the extra functions required to run affiliate products http://goo.gl/l67qAC
3. The homepage modules can be removed or edited. You can add other modules to show on the homepage.
4. SEO URL’s are a default OpenCart feature, the theme is only the presentation. The demo doesn’t have the SEO enabled but you can do it on your site.

It’s a javascript problem caused by the Twitter module. The connection method changed and now it’s required to use the official Twitter widget.
You need some updated files for the template to do it directly on the admin panel. Send me a message through http://themeforest.net/user/luisvelaz#contact and I’ll send you the specific files to change.
Another solution is to just replace the current twitter code with the official Twitter widget.
In this case edit catalog/view/theme/clearshop/template/common/footer.tpl and replace
<?php if($this->config->get('clearshop_show_twitter_feed') == 1) { echo $twitter_block; } ?>
with your widget code. You can get the widget here https://twitter.com/settings/widgets/new
Then, the search will work fine again.

Hi Luis, How I can use latin extended fonts in this template, for example if I want to use this font:

It’s easy to do.
First, it must be added to the fonts list in admin/view/template/module/clearshop.tpl Following the pattern of the existing fonts.
Then on the template file header.tpl replace “latin,cyrillic” with “latin,latin-ext”.
After that just select the font on the admin panel.
It’s the same for any other Google font

I encountered two issues I’d love you to look into for me.
1) inserting font awesome icons in your options panel >> header >> header widget. It’s stripping the <i class="fa fa-truck" /> from the source. Can you please fix this for me.
2) The image manager popup box width and height seems to be overridden by your theme options panel. I need this removed as I have set my own width and height for the manager.

Yes. It’s easy to reduce the image width. Then, the add to cart column will be moved to the center automatically. Just a matter or changing the CSS classes in catalog/view/theme/clearshop/template/product/product.tpl.
For example, instead of col-sm-8 it could be col-sm-6. That will reduce the image container.

I have never used any of opencart, wordpress etc systems. I made my own websites using html and css through FTP (sometimes easy scripts), amateur level 
.
My question is if I would be able (after purchasing your nice template ) to add some new html files ( for my articles, news etc ) into the system using ftp?

With OpenCart you can add information pages with custom HTML content but directly in the admin panel.
It’s possible to upload and link external HTML pages too but it will require a lot of work to integrate with OpenCart.
OpenCart (like WordPress and similar systems) is designed to avoid the hassle to create pages manually. You can check the OpenCart demo here http://www.opencart.com/index.php?route=demonstration/demonstration
Clearshop theme changes the presentation but the admin panel is the same.
