Hi,
This theme is beautifully designed and easy to use. However Google PageSpeed reports the CSS file is too large and blocking the first paint.
For example, this CSS file is 2.2MB. https://cliniq.bold-themes.com/futuristic/wp-content/plugins/bold-page-builder/css/front_end/content_elements.crush.css?ver=4.6.1Does anyone else having this issue?

The theme CSS files can not be smaller as they need to cover all possible variations of design and functional elements.
What you can do is use Caching plugin of your choice to combine, minimize them and defer their loading if needed.

First make sure you are running the latest versions of the Cliniq theme and the Cliniq plugin – 1.0.9 – https://documentation.bold-themes.com/changelog/cliniq-changelog.txt
You can update the theme as described in the following article: https://boldthemes.ticksy.com/article/7123/
If that is the case and the issue still persists, please take a look at your php error server logs – they should give a clear indication of what is the fatal error which causes the issue.

Hi, I have updated the theme, and the website now loads, although not all the styling has been maintained. I am using the child theme so as to prevent overrides, and any custom css has been place within appearance-customise-additional css

I think the styling that has been lost is related to elementor where not all font colour settings have been maintained within the pages.
Elementor is not supported, theme should be used with our own page builder (Bold Builder). It is used in all our demos.
How on earth do we customise the menus and header? The mobile header? This theme lacks quite a lot of functionality…

Bold Builder keeps crashing WordPress. I have tried to update the Bold Builder plugin and it gives me the white screen of death every single time. I have to then restore my entire site from a backup. This has happened 4 times now, I have updated all other plugins, waited for a few weeks to see if any conflicts have been resolved but it still happens. Please help.

Also, you can turn on the WP_DEBUG in order to see the actual error – it should clearly indicate the cause of the issue – the exact php file and the line within – https://wordpress.org/documentation/article/debugging-in-wordpress/

After Auto-Update of WordPress, (what I remember, is a safet function of Wordpress) )I got a critical error and don’t have access to the WordPress panel, only FTP. This is a really bad sign for this company. The Logs and Updates of Wordpress are communicated in advance, and you have not updated the Theme! Really Poor service!!!
even Fixing manually all update and paying 100 dolalr to the host to restore extra backup of the site, the Bold Builder is buggy and not working with the last version of Wordpress!! . We have to put the site under maintenance mode.
For sure I will change my theme.

With all due respect, please note two things:
1. The theme has not been marked as compatible with WP 6.2. You can confirm this on the theme page – https://themeforest.net/item/cliniq-wordpress-theme-for-medical-centers/34396436
2. Regardless, the update 1.0.9 has been released, you can find it your download section of ThemeForest account and you have certainly received an email related to the release from Envato / ThemeForest.
So, the issue will be resolved once you install the theme update
Make sure to update the Cliniq plugin and Bold builder plugin as well once you update the theme.
You can update the theme from wp-admin using the Envato Market plugin – https://www.envato.com/lp/market-plugin/ or manually as described in the theme documentation: https://documentation.bold-themes.com/cliniq/theme-customization/ , section 3.11 Update theme

With all respect too, as soon as wordpress has an autoupdate function, we can not afford, to have the incopatibility of the theme and Bold Editor with new releases. This is just a no go.
The issue will be resolved as soon as I install the update?? How can normal people install the update witouth having access to WP Dashboard?
There is no update of Bold Builder and is not compatible with the new WP Version, so the site looks awfull.
I will not renew my licins and will go back to Flatsome.

1. The theme has not been marked as WP 6.2 compatible at the moment of your update
2. The theme update has been released and the new version is compatible with WP 6.2
3. the latest version of the Bold Builder, published on wordpress.org is fully compatible with the WP 6.2

You are probably running a version of the theme which is not compatible with your current version of WordPress.

Please make sure to update the Cliniq plugin and Bold Builder plugin as well once you update the theme.

In the meantime, you can remove the following lines from framework/filters.php (lines 8 and 9)

And it should resolve the issue.

They come only as a sample content. If you wish to use them for the final site, you need to license them separately on Shutterstock.

Please submit a ticket at our support site – https://boldthemes.ticksy.com/ with the annotated screenshot of the issue – the background image parallax behavior looks consistent in all the browsers from our side, but maybe we are missing something.
Keep in mind that, if you set such aggressive parallax parameters, your image aspect ratio needs to be significantly in favor of the image height comparing to the containing section aspect ratio so that all vertical scroll positions are covered with some portion of the image.
Also, please make sure to leave the wp-admin credentials as well, so that our support can take a closer look at the current setup and they will be glad to assist you.

Hi, it looks like iqonic-extenstion plugin is using the same CSS vars as our theme. You can try to disable that plugin and see if that helps.
