Template_Path are very bad people, Amir said if I bought another one of their themes they would refund me for the theme that did not work properly. So I did exactly that and 6 months later I have still not received a refund despite sending several support messages and asking for a refund via themeforest. Stay away or be it on your own head when the theme doesn’t work and they lie to you and tell you they will refund you. I have bought several themes from these people but never again

I bought this Theme and I am really disappointed. You cannot configure any colors or logo, that is to say, the header cannot be customized, there must be a solution or in any case I would appreciate.
1- logo doesnt shows new version 2- float buttons seeing as like demo theme.

Hi, Why you can’t find the issues in this 6 months? BTW, you can still send us the issue list. We will fix all the issues. Go to our support portal and select “any item” tab. You will be able to send support ticket without purchase code.

There are two issues with the theme
1) When you visit the theme options, the show search in header turns aways to ON. So before you save anything on settngs, you have to set the search again to OFF.
2) In widgets footer, when you edit the widget it looses some data like span class=”fa fa-map” etc. So you have to rewrite the whole thing.
I think your next update should include those fixes.

A search for “We plainly comprehend that” in all wp tables, shows that it appears in theme options as json. But I cannot find a setting in theme options.
I would be glad if I knew how to turn it off.
