Hi,
I just purchased CoachFocus theme and tried to upload it to Wordpress and it’s failing to install. It says:
“The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.
Theme installation failed.”
What do I do?
I Googled it, followed the instructions here https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/202821510-Theme-is-missing-the-style-css-stylesheet-error and it’s not uploaded successfully.
I’ve added the link here in case anyone else comes across this issue. It’s nothing to do with the theme. You have to download the correct file to upload to it in Wordpress successfully.
As this seem a common problem, perhaps Envato could include it as info in receipt or download area for none programmers like me??

I am working on a platform that will provide (multiple) indie podcasts exposure and a place to showcase their content. Does this theme allow the ability to feature and and setup multiple podcast profiles or is it only designed to feature a single (one) podcast? Thanks

Please check the backend settings for podcast single in the screenshot. Audio player on single podcast pages will play self hosted audios uploaded in options shown in screenshot. It can also be edited with Elementor (please see screenshot).
The podcast list shown here can be added with Podcast List<7a> shortcode.

Hi, I have a pre-sale question.
I want to purchase CoachFocus theme but before I do, please could you let me know if the header section can be customised or is it fixed? I ask because: 1) My logo is. round and so it needs to fit and be legible. 2) I want to write my niche “For Women Entrepreneurs’ on the header section.
Please let me know if the above can be done and whether it would compromise the integrity of the theme or not.

1. You can upload your own logo and it can be rounded as well as you can set the height to impact the display of the logo.
2. Could you please let us know where you would like to place this text in the Header? you can add your menu items in the header as well ass add custom widget area on the header widget area.

You can add the text within the Header widget area, so this is for sure possible, if you remove the cart and search you can place the text in that widget area.

Hey team, I love your theme but I’m unable to use your third party support system. My entire course section is down with a critical error and I’m getting a lot of conflict errors even with just the bare minimum plugins needed to run the theme. Did the new update of Wordpress break something? When can we expect an update to the included plugins? I’ve got great hosting but I’ve been having a lot of trouble with this one. Thanks!

Hello, my problem was never resolved and this has completely halted development of my site. There are errors within the plugins that are causing the instructor templates not to appear. “Course Instructor – Pick an instructor for this course.” is not on the course listing and is causing the course pages to be broken. Given that there are other purchasers of this theme that have reported similar problems means it should have been patched by now.

Is there possibility to set up when buying course to skip cart and make creating account step as a checkout part? Im worrying about checkout abandonment.
Or can I use woocommerce for that and I have to somehow assign users to the course?

It is required for users to create an account or be logged in before they can even add the course to the cart (please see screenshot).
The process of our purchasing courses is integrated with WooCommerce, however, it is not possible for admin to enroll users to the course. It is necessary that the users enroll to the course by themselves.

Is there a simple way to edit / change that via code then, because on mobile it’s really awkward having the modal on top of the underlying window and the ‘Top’ button overlaying the modal window.
Or… can the theme be adapted to use a different LMS plugin that offers the course in full screen view?
Having lessons open in separate pages would probably require a significant amount of modification in the theme template files.
There is also no option to disable LMS by the theme.

When we reopen a course in the new term, it includes the members when the course is duplicated. Is it possible to delete these members?

If you edit or duplicate the course single, it will still have the same members added under the options, so there is no way to reset this. Can not access Widgets Screen EC2 T2.Large HTOP resources maximizes at 100% and crashes sites
We have followed all of the instructions – how many cores and memory must we use?
WordPress it is recommended to use PHP 8.2 with WordPress 6.0 or 6.1 for compatibility and better performance
In the meantime check your server resources and make sure that they are as follows: Recommended PHP Versions And Resources And How To Set Them max_execution_time=300 memory_limit=128M upload_max_filesize=128M post_max_size=256M max_input_vars=3000
Make sure that both local and master(server) values of your resources are properly set.
Also check your PHP version. If you are using PHP version higher than 8(8.1, 8.2) then please revert it to 8.

The error message states that the function coachfocus_core_course_get_instructors() is not defined when it’s called in the helper.php file in the instructor directory of the lms plugin.
The Fix:
ChatGPT fixed this by refactoring the includes for loading the plugins – hopefully this helps the next release
ChatGPT also refactored the conflicts in the above plugins and updated the codebase for PHP 8.2 and modern Wordpress 6.2.2

Hi Guys, I’m getting very desperate with the theme. Trying to import everything already for over a week, without succes. I also contacted your support. I’ve installed over 100 themes at other sites, so for this site - Used a fresh, new clean install of Wordpress, without any plugins - Increased all server limits etc to the max, together with hosting (who mentioned that these settings are very very high) - I tried to import also part by part, in stead of full import All no luck. Very desperate… need to move on, fill site and launch What are other options?

Getting PHP errors randomly crashing my site after looking at the logs
/coachfocus-core/inc/plugins/lms/post-types/course/templates/parts/post-info/instructor.php
The warnings are coming from attempts to read properties roles and display_name on a boolean value. This suggests that a variable which is expected to be an object (most likely a user object) is actually a boolean. It might be that a function intended to return a user object is returning false due to an error or because it can’t find the user.
The fatal error is being thrown by a call to the PHP function in_array(). This function expects its second argument to be an array, but it’s getting null. This could be due to a variable that’s expected to be an array not being set or being set to null.

Unfortunately, instructors and courses custom post types cannot be disabled. Only post types listed in Appearance > Customize > Qode Performance > Custom Port Types can be disabled (please see screenshot).
