Hello, Is there somewhere a guide to reinstall the theme so I do not lose the post items,... There is somewhere a malware virus and I think it’s because the theme has not been updated on our side. So we want to do a full reinstall without losing the data

I would like to explain one thing, there is a false positive message about a line of JavaScript which seems suspicious (but its just do an internal AJAX call) and we have already updated the theme long time ago.
(“yourtheme” means the theme that you are about to update)
Two option available;
1 – Install Envato Market plugin which is already bundled within your theme, and use it.
2 – Download updated version of yourtheme theme from themeforest, and connect your site via FTP, go to;
- wp-content/themes/ folder and rename “yourtheme” as “yourtheme_old”
- extract downloaded package, find “yourtheme” folder
- upload it to your via FTP to same directory “wp-content/themes”
- once upload done, go to your dashboard and you will be asked to update bundled plugins too, follow it.

We have installed one of one copy of our demo site, sorry but we can’t understand why did you delete it besides I strongly recommend you to make a full backup of your site because server resources are insufficient (shown resource limits are not valid, like there is only 20 seconds of execution time which interrupts the importing process, and your site returns “Erreur lors de la connexion à la base de données” sometimes.), anyway if your ticket still open we will try our best to help you.

1 – You don’t need to activate the plugin to use it as we do, but if you want more (like drafts, ready to use templates) you need a premium key.
2 – You don’t need any other tools like WPBakery but WooCommerce to start selling, if you need to use WPBakery’s editor in Products too just go to settings of the WPBakery plugin to enable.

There seems to be an issue with MasterSlider and Microsoft Edge with the latest updated. My sliders are no longer working properly. Chrome, Firefox are fine.
