The support was very good and they helped me until my issue was resolved. Easy to use template, needed some custom coding.

This theme is really bad. And so is its support team. Installation of the demo data doesn't finish and the support team doesn't respond to any contact attempts.

The theme is overly beautiful. I bought your Throne theme. It is 5 times more expensive when purchased in Turkish Lira due to the exchange rate :) 51x5.27=268 TL. I expect discounts on other products :))
These guys answered my questions quickly, gave very appropriate tips and even adjusted things for me.
Afterwards they explained the issue.

Poor support, the loading logo keeps loading and the CSS's files have a lot of commented lines like a testing project.

We didn't receive any support request recently from your side, we already replied to all of your emails.
Also there are no extra comment lines on CSS files, the purpose of comment lines in the beginning is to describe content of the file.
All of themes that are listed in Envato Marketplace must pass strict quality controls and can't contain any unnecessary code.
