We have just purchased your Colossal theme for the re-launch of our webseite and I have a quick question regarding the theme options in the backend: At the moment when wanting to select a different color for e.g. the footer background I can only do so by randomly selecting a color via the color picker, but there is no option to enter a specific hexadecimal code. This proves difficult when a specific, CI-conform color needs to be used in several sections of the website.
Is there a possibility to add such an option to all color pickers throughout the theme options and the individual page settings?

It’s indeed an issue with Theme Options. It’s required to have personal Google API to load fonts from Google Fonts.

Are you activating Child theme? If so please activate parent theme then try import sample data again. Or you can contact us via the ticket system we will install the new version of Sample data plugin, Child theme & import for you.

1. We haven’t tested with Polylang plugin yet. We often use POEdit to translate language file or WP
2. All demos are available to import. However, since the theme covers a lot of demos with heavy data. We divide to import one demo each time.

No, each domain needs a separate single license. But you can use the theme on different sub-domains of the same domain.

Don’t seem to be able to find RTL mode on Appearance > Theme Options > General > RTL mode and check Enable RTL
do I need to install WPML to see RTL Mode

Sorry for the delay. It was weekend so the support is late. The RTL mode is not neccessary anymore. You can just change the language setting of your site (in General > Language) to a RTL language, then it will be applied.

The new update in your theme brings a bug. I think you guys have used woocommerce functions directly without checking the function exists or not. After updating the theme, my website stopped working. It is giving error regarding to is_shop() not found, fatal error.
Please test the theme and fix the error.

Install Sample Data comes up blank – plugin installed and active! Not very pleased with this…first impression is bad!
The only item inside your demo folders is a manifest.php file that is 1K this is likely the reason nothing shows!
The only reason I bought this is because it looks nice and I have a new client that wanted to launch QUICK! Because someone forgot to load the demo material in the demo content plugin, that is not going to happen! Credit my money because I do not intend to go through any ticket ritual and I want a theme that works right out of the box.!

The manifest.php file is only for instruction to download the demo data. Make sure you are connected to the Internet so it can download the data package. We place the demo data online so the plugin are not too heavy to install.
