It's a zombie theme, 3 years without improvments, just update the plugins and compatibility with the lasted wordpress. There are issues that have years and don't make any change to solve.
Need to be updated specially the demos import section. the theme fails to import demos and also plugins need to be updated as per latest WP version requirement.

Still WPBakery Page Builder not working under theme. Theme is still not functional. Changes cant be saved.

Theme use to have excellent support. But I renewed my subscription 2 months ago in order to ask 1 question. And never got any answer.
I posted a first review here and they answer here they will solve my problem there, but didn't.

Theme is not working with php 7.2 and php 7.2. Woocommerce will only work with php 7.2+ very soon, so this theme will be worthless soon.
I tried to contact them (I paid for 6 months support) but I am not able to contact anyone. I registered on the contact platform but did not receive any email and can not login.
Please can somebody contact me?

The theme works well with the latest PHP version. We have tested it. In fact we are using PHP 7.3 our self. If you have an issue, please contact our support via our support forum (https://support.innwit.com/forums/) our team will help you.
I love this theme, it's very easy to use, however, it takes a lot of time to get an update when the bundled plugins update, sometimes even months.
