Hi, I’m trying to import the sample data through the one click importer, however it just hans at “Importing, Please wait”

I’ve been through my PHP settings are there all far above minimum spec, and I’ve also tried to set the debug log, but it doesnt seem to be throwing any erorrs?

Any idea on how I can fix this?

Hi, @237175,

The plugin has to trigger a success or warning message once the importing process completed and I assume you haven’t waited enough to get this message on your end. The average waiting time for this process should be around 5 minutes but it may take longer depending on your service provider limitations.

Recommended solution

You’ll need to contact your hosting provider and have them update your PHP memory limits in the php.inifile to at least 256MB and increase your max execution time. Once they’ve done that go back to your site and run the importer and you should be good to go! The following article from the theme documentation might help.

If you’re still having trouble due to your server limitation try importing demo content manually, in this case, please follow the steps under Manual Method provided in the theme documentation.

Hi, Thanks for your quick response.

I left it running overnight, and eventually it timed out to a 503, service unavailable error.

The php memory limit is currently set to 756 mb and the max execution time is set to 1500.

I had tried to import manually, which worked, but it didn’t end up looking like the demo preview – I will retry it tonight to see if I can get it sorted. Do you offer any added extra such as installation? I’m willing to pay to get it right..

The 503 could be because your server can’t make calls to our setup and, basically, this error lets you know there’s something there, currently inaccessible. In fact, some browsers display a 503 service temporarily unavailable message to tell you to try again later.

If you have any firewall or any restrictions setup on your site, make sure to disable it and also deactivate all your 3rd party plugins except WooCommerce on your setup.

As long as your plugin is well coded and WooCommerce compatible, it should and will work.

The list of integrated and supported 3rd party plugins can be found here, and among them, you may notice the WooCommerce Product Search plugin which might be helpful for you to use.

Hi, How to Increase the upload limit of a file? When a new user try to register it only takes E-Mail not showing password field to register? How to solve this, is there any plugins to download ? Can i preview 2 products view in a single line (Mobile view only because that will be comfortable for the user), If not available where i can change that it means which css file? If you are having trouble with uploading files and size limits, one of the fastest solutions is to reach out to your host and ask for help. Many hosting companies have chat support which can help you out quickly in these situations. Increasing an upload limit is a trivial task for a tech support person, and they should be able to do it within a minute.

This is the message appears when i tried to upload a photo more then 2MB “The uploaded file exceeds the upload_max_filesize directive in php.ini.”

If you’re using cPanel, modifying the php.ini file can also sometimes be done via the MultiPHP INI Editor tool. Under Software click on “MultiPHP INI Editor.”

Select your home directory (domain root) from the drop-down.

Change the value of upload_max_filesize to something larger.

Is it a subscription price so that it’s $59 per year or is it a one time purchase?

You pay the Regular License cost one-time for each website you install the theme on at a time. If you have 2 websites using the theme simultaneously then you need 2 licenses, but if you take the theme off one site and move it to a new site you don’t need to buy another license.

I’m using the Conj lite version of the theme and anytime I add something to the cart then go to view the cart, I am told that the ‘cart is protected’ and that I need enter a password.

Am I missing something? Where is the option to turn that off?

I’m sorry, at this time we don’t have a way to show products based on a specific category. However, this feature is due to the release and will be available to use once Gutenberg editor merges to the WordPress core.

At this stage, you can customize any content shown in the homepage template and toggle the visibility or reorder those components through the WordPress Customizer window.

1. I have an issue where the mega menu appears behind the sidebar titles… Your demo does not have this glitch. How do I fix this? Some z-index somewhere?

2. I have a product categoy “computer” with sub categories like “cables”, “monitor” etc. I can make a mega menu that show this, but the sub categories change when I’m viewing another category than “computer”. In other words, it works just like it would in the sidebar. Can I fix This?

  1. Sorry for your experience, you can use the following custom CSS until next update:
    #secondary .conj-secondary-widget-area__wrapper:not(.conj-secondary-widget-area__sticky) {
        z-index: 1;
    }
  2. For this use case I would strongly suggest using Navigation menu widget instead of any other.

There isn’t a demo in RTL but the theme does include RTL support.

Is there a way of making the sidebar appear before the products in a category instead of after?

I’m afraid I’m not ​sure what you’re asking. Please describe the behavior that you want and perhaps use a mockup or screenshot to elaborate your question.

Sorry, I see that only the first half of my message got posted…

When on a smartphone, the sidebar (width navigation and product filters) appears AFTER the list of products in a category. It makes it hard to find and use the product filters. Can the products view and the sidebar change places on a small sceen?

It’s the same on your electronics demo page.
