Consbile is compatible with Elementor & Elementor Pro. We have just updated this section. https://prnt.sc/17jynfb You can use Elementor free. We are ready reply to you. Elementor does not sell any extended license which would allow us to include the plugin in theme. So, user can’t use Elementor Pro. Because it does validate every domain.

HOW DO I REFUND MY PURCHASE… Can you read?
So many design issues with WooCommerce. Support is normaly very good, but takes sometimes so long. Our last ticket 2750168 is about up-sell products. The design of up-sell products and related products is totally different, actually there is no design for up-sell products. They are displayed kind of unformatted.
Ticket is open since five working days, one time closed without any answer, not the first ticket that is closed without any answer and had to be reopened. This delays our project so much. How can we get a fix for this problem?

Ok, I have some more issues: - when I’m adding things via Template Library it always asks me about accessing template and I’m doing it each time and most of the times connection is failing without any error. - classes for mega menu are not working in each menu – menu is transparent and not mega as selected in menu option. Is there any way we can sort it out via online call?

More on the subject: Besides fact that I have almost all required plugins installed (I don’t want to sell anything so I’ve got WooCommerce disabled) I see notice saying: “This theme requires the following plugins: Consbie Core and Elementor Hello World.” Those two plugins are for sure enabled. Is that normal berhaviour?

the theme has several issues when used with Woocommerce. In the beginning support of JWSThemes was very good. Our last ticket is not answered since 21.Dec.2020, three weeks now. Ticket was closed two times without any answer.
We would appreciate a lot to have at least an answer because without a solution for this Woocommerce issue we cannot launch the site.

Hi,
It’s not working. The AnyWhere Elementor Pro and Elementor Extras have an update. But I can’t update them because of the reason: Update package not available.
AnyWhere Elementor Pro You have version 2.14.1 installed.
Elementor Extras You have version 2.2.27 installed.
I’ve tried the debug mode and many other things to solve the problem but none of them worked. I need to work on the website. If I can’t find a solution for this template I will use another one unwillingly.

I bought this theme and am honestly fairly frustrated using it so far – it is incredibly slow. Two huge issues with it so far 1. I cannot get the logo to actually update on my site. I’ve tried over and over again, flushing cache, uploading and removing and uploading it again to to avail. Having no control over the actual logo is such a bummer. 2. LOAD TIME. The site is loading at 11.5 seconds, per GT metrix, AND I have WP Rocket installed, but it’s making no difference. I removed the theme and deactivated all the plugins and the base site loads at 1.5 seconds per GT Metrix. That’s a huge difference.
And installing the demo content is one of the worst processes I’ve done.
AND I could not install the theme via the uploader – it would only upload via FTP.
This is just frustrating experience using this theme. I have major buyers remorse and am upset with how much time I’ve sunk into trying to get this theme to work and run quickly. I’m not behind on my project.
Following up on this…
it’s likely the demo content that is largely the result of the ultra slowness and bugs I’m finding.
I created a whole new site, installed everything from scratch and measured speed along the way. BEFORE I installed the demo content, the site speed was 2 seconds with a 91% score. AND i was actually able to update the logo.
AFTER installing the content, site speed dropped to 10.6 seconds and a score of 52%. Furthermore, I removed the logo I uploaded, and now the part of the general setting of the site where the logo is updated won’t even load now.
Could someone please follow up on this as soon as possible. I’ve sunk way too much time into bugs like this. This is really frustrating that I’ve literally spent at least 8 to 9 hours just dealing with this theme, and installing themes and demo content is not new to me.
