I made sure to download only the uploadable wp zip file, now I get a code that reads – Incompatible Archive. What fixes do you have for that?

@rorpok i am having the same issue as you since January, when plumber element is disable the site works normal, however navigation bar and some other function is missing.

It was not a hosting issue. I gave you access, you spent time trying to fix it, you were able after a few days to get the theme to partially show up.
I have been emailing you for 3 days now letting you know that after you tried what you did and got some of the theme to be up, the navigation and header are nowhere to be found, and you do not reply back to my emails.
Will you be fixing this or not?
