Hi, when use essential grid, the lightbox only work in the 6 firts items, but when load more open the pic in new windows.
I am receiving the error “There has been a critical error on this website.” It seems there are php errors in the slz-core plugin. It doesn’t work with updated versions of WordPress and PHP. My host won’t allow me to run older versions, so I need an update to this theme. From previous comments, it seems you are not addressing this?

Wordpress 5.5 has been out for a long time. Where’s the update? This is minimum level expectations guys…
I need an update, having the old version is a HUGE security risk. What date will the update be available. I have been asking for 2 months now, so soon is not good enough.

Need an update of the theme asap. Theme Options are not editable, Customizer is breaking, and I can edit project files. This is a huge problem and needs addressing asap. Also having the issue as everyone else and mobile menu isn’t working. I need a fix or will have to contact themeforest.

The menu in the mobile version is not functioning, when I scroll down and scroll up to the top again it disappears, and when clicking the menu icon the website is totally freezing, How can i fix this? I see this issue was reported earlier in the comments.
How do I change the footer bottom background color? I’ve tried adding the following custom CSS:
.footer-bottom {padding: 10px 0; text-align: center; background-color: #000000; }
This actually does allow me to control the padding and text-alignment as indicated but the background color is not affected. Is there something overriding the background color for the footer bottom? Note: there are no settings available for this in the theme that I can find.

You can try change it in /wp-content/themes/buildplus/assets/public/css/buildplus-custom-theme.css
Pleace locate footer-bottom.dark or footer-bottom.light

Was having an issue with the main navigation menu showing up twice once to the left and the other in the area it should. support sent me a fix so i figured i would share it here to save anyone with the same issue time. Simply add this to the additional css section:
@media (min-width: 768px){ .menu-mobile-wrapper{ display: none; } }

Help! For the life of me I cannot figure out how to change the default colors of yellow and blue in this theme. We had that setup about a year ago, but had to rebuild this website from scratch and I have looked everywhere for how to do this. Can’t be done using the theme style settings. As I recall I had to add some kind of custom css but I don’t see anything in my project note. Can you help? This is so fundamental but it’s a show stopper right now.

Replace all #1bbde8 to #yourcolor
After that, please go to admin panel -> theme options -> general -> theme color and choose color #1

So sorry, but that didn’t work. Darn! Changing the values in the color-default.css files doesn’t take effect. Also, in the settings – admin panel -> theme options -> general -> theme color . . . this is still showing basically 4 colors ( 2 shades of yellow and 2 shades of blue). This is not a functional color selector tool. I’m not sure what it’s doing. There may be something else going on – under admin panel -> theme options -> general -> header . . . if I select the transparent header & topbar option it doesn’t take effect. It’s as if something else is controlling the these theme settings and I’m out of ideas where to go. Frustrating.
None of the 5 header styles in the theme admin panel take effect when you select them and save settings. I love the theme design, but customizing tools are not working for us. We’re stuck.

This the first time I’m asking your help , to fix something in your theme and you are refusing to help me, you should professionally accept it cause you sold me something faulty, and I can take it further and make a big complaint against your bad product. Instead of helping me fix something you didn’t program professionally, you want me renew the support license and pay again for a bad programmed theme, if your theme was good I shouldn’t be here asking you to fix it in the first place
If you have not purchased this theme, DO NOT BUY! Support has not answered my question 3 months ago! I already sent ticket and still do not respond.
Nothing professional! Ticket service is rubbish, does not send proof that was sent, panel does not work. Developer, says he can not solve that is better than fooling customers!
