Your Demo-Importer is bad, really really bad.
First it didn’t import things than it imported things wrong, no MENU imported, SEARCH-BOX opened and can’t close.
I have only Problems with your Theme. I tried to contact you through your Support Page but it says Register what I did afterwards it says log in, but with which password ??

If you see the title is known as Archive, I want to remove Archive from all relative pages but cant find out how. I did submit ticket long back but havent heard anything till today and now support is also expired. If anyone could tell me how to remove that Archive from Title would be helpful.

I’m experiencing the same issue that others have reported. ” Google Maps problem, for some reason it show on the map in the contact page Philadelphia, Pennsylvania zone, even if I set another address. It works most of the time, but if I access the contact page from a button like “Call to action” contact page opens Philadelphia, Pennsylvania area.”—can you please provide a solution to this? I know I should have asked while my support was still active, but a solution for common issues should be posted into your KB or a public forum. I went into Appearance > Themes and updated from there. It shows I am running v2.8, but the issue is still occurring.

Theme looks great on the demo. But I installed in my local environment it had problems. Especially with the styles. Everything was messed up with design. Responsive styling is totally disrpted. Some other things weird like “Subscribe” was written as “Subcribe” everywhere. Cannot find any options to change theme color except for yellow or blue. Can this be solved if I update theme?

I’ve purchased this theme and I’m having issues installing 3 Plug-ins: Slider Revolution, WP Bakery Visual Composer, and Woocommerce. It gives me this same error each time I install the theme:

Team, I can not change a rev slider on my page. There are 4 diffreent sliders on my library,. When I tried to change the slider (using web page setting below) and “accpet” changes, nothings change. There is empty space or still previous slider (cache deleted)

If you customize code or CSS on hard code, please back it up and update.
If you did not, please delete or rename the old theme from wp-content/theme then upload new theme version into the same place, after that accessing to WP admin panel -> Plugins ->delete Solazu Unyson plugin -> go to admin panel -> appearance -> install plugins -> reinstall the earlier deleted plugin (repeat these steps to update the plugins Wpbakery Page Builder and Slider Revolution).

I changed folders name and uploaded new version of theme. I tried to update WPBakery Page builder and RevSlider into new verion but those apps are not “registered” – and I can not download and update newer version. BTW.. my licence is missing ?? (why) I can not register wpbakery couz license is missed. And I can not add a new ticket couz i have not activeated license…. nightmare….
an update: I ve updated new theme and rev slider – unfortunety we have the same problem. I can not change slider per page. Always is the same homepage default

No you cannot follow on the ticket system itself. After creating the first ticket, you will get a ticket number and after that, you will follow an email. That’s that way Zendesk works. Thank you for your understanding!
