really bad template . Hard links back to the creator server. Horrible customer service.

These guys have incredible customer support. I had a number formatting and plug-in issues which they jumped on and corrected quickly and efficiently.
On the performance side of things, I have 15 plugins installed, and with a little bit of optimization, I'm currently loading the site in under 4 seconds.
For a very image heavy WordPress framework such as this, these are very good performance results. And, the mobile version of the site works it looks great too!
Rubbish theme and never installs the demo data!

Their Support guys is awesome. They are able to fix anything that you need <3 I will buy more themes from them. Only for their support. <3

Great customer support! I've been working with the team through the private tickets and they've been more than accommodating :)
The documentation is not very clear. The manual demo import has many errors and the widget import instruction is not clear / doesnt work.
support ticket raised 5 hours ago and no response. I'm going to ask for a refund as this is just far too much hassle. Shame as the look and feel on the demo sites is really nice.

Very nice theme
Waste of time and money, save your money and find a great theme on ThemeForest and stay away from themes like this as $60 is a lot of money and you should only expect the best instead of worm buckets and kitchen sinks with very poor documentation.
