hey i would like to report a bug in your theme i just downloaded a fresh copy of the latest and installed it so your saying that there is a bug in the theme where the envato market is required but its not letting us update .. and thats a bug in the Yep, this is a bug in theme, the plugin itself doesn’t provide update when you try to update it from the WordPress, it is only available within Theme options, and it is failing, so definitely it is a theme issue that theme devs should fix.

ive already fixed it by installing the required plugins one by one because when done at once it automatically sends the site into maintenance mode for 5 mins then restarts. my dedicated server resources are set very high for max upload, max time out and max execution time so its not my server ..
i love your work and i bought this theme about 2 years ago and havent used it yet because of a few issues that have now been resolved . . i saw there were recent updates so i said why not give it a try in a fresh wordpress..
what i would really appreciate is if you let us install with the correct images and not the faded wrong sized ones so we dont have to spend an hour going thru the theme replacing one by one until its done its very time consuming. especially when some images are hard to find.

Our theme supports both Elementor Plugin as well as WpBakery Page builder plugin. You can use Elementor Page builder in new pages, posts that you are going to use or create. We have built the theme only with WpBakery plugin.
The Elementor page builder works with only newly created pages and not with the dummy pages that are created using the “Import Option”. Only our default page builder will work with dummy pages created with Import Option.

Good morning !
I have buy this theme “Consultancy Business” but during the installation on my machine of I have this bug “Failed to insert row from line 387 into table _fwbk_wp_fsq_data. Duplicate of the field ’’ for the key ‘token ”. You can see it in the screenshot below.
I tried to delete the field in table “_fwbk_wp_fsq_data” but nothing
I tried changing the id value from 1 to another number nothing
I even deleted the recording and restarted the installation nothing
I tried to modify the structure of the ID field of this table “_fwbk_wp_fsq_data” nothing
The theme contains a demo data in a database.json file but there is not this table

We have purchased this theme, but somehow unable to get a Theme Options available in theme, Also not be able to see anything in Customizer for us. Could you please let me know how we can resolve an issues. Refer screenshot listed below.

It’ impossible to use their support system! When I insert the credentials i get an error that it’s treated like spam and I can’t reply into their forum!
