Hi, can you make some video please for editing content when importing XML data?

I purchsed this theme a while ago, I’m trying to reinstall it on one of my websites, but the “theme options” is missing?? Appearance >> Theme Options? It’s not there on the new install

Although I thought that this template was perfect for my business when I bought it, I figured out that template customization is not included in product support. So none of my emails for support answered. I dont recommend this template if you are a beginner in web design.
