I have bought and used this theme for my website project.
Everything is working fine.
But I am unable to replace default preloader with my custom gif file.
In theme customization panel there is only option to enable / disable preloader.
Is there any easy way to set custom image as preloader ?

I had purchased this theme a while ago but was unable to use it at the time. I’m trying to modify the ‘Hong Kong’ prebuilt theme but am frustrated by the theme settings (especially fonts) just not getting affected when changed.
Is there a bug in the theme? I am happy to renew my support if you can help get such basic stuff setup (like changing H1, H2 fonts etc)

The conflict regarding the font settings were not detected in theme. You should specify fonts from Dashboard > Theme options > Typography section: https://i.imgur.com/oMS71tx.png
Also, you should set fonts from Elementor settings as well:

Hi, I am using Consulting Theme and for some reason it’s not possible to update STM Importer, STM Configurations and WPBakery. 1. If you are going to customize the theme in code level, child them should be installed and activated after importing demo content. Installing child theme is not required, to use default features of the theme.

It is recommended to create the backup before deactivation. When the license is deactivated the theme will be removed from the site.
The content will be saved, and you can install the theme after changing the domain.

According to the Envato Support Policy, license should be used to activate single domain. We cannot reset license when site is active.

I just updated my theme to the latest but some items are dark green (mobile hamburger menu) and a dark bar directly beneath (showing as Contact Info Box?) in a smaller viewport. I am using your Default Header style #5. I have purchased this theme six times, but have it on only two sites. If yes, can you please add the following lines in Theme options > Custom CSS section:

The theme version v5.0.2 was released three years ago and outdated now.
Can you please create staging copy of your site and update WordPress (v6.3) and theme (v6.5.11) to the latest version?

After updating the theme, you should update bundled plugins as well from Appearance > Install plugins section.
If everything goes well on Staging you can deploy changes on live domain.
