I had issues with my site and had to re-install WordPress. But when i tried to register the theme, it tells me it has already been registered by another domain. But it is the same domain that i registered before. How do i de-register the domain so that i can register it again?

Does your theme support PHP 8.1 ?
It’s better to use php 8.0. Our theme support 8.1 but may be some associated plugins don’t fully support. From the error it appears dueing unzip there was an issue. Please open a support ticket wiht your site access and hositng access and our team will help you to import demo. While opening ticket, please mention which demo you wanted to import.

A question please – In your Live Demo – on your Shop section, after selecting a product, there is a magnification option for that product (magnifying glass top right).
Unfortunately it opens a full coverage screen with a black background and covers the whole webpage. That is really ugly from a customer perspective.
It should just be a nice appearing lightbox of a particular size that shows a transparent background of the main page that lauched it.
If I buy this is there a way for me to easily change this to make it look nicer ?

Hello. I’ve been using your nice theme for a while. I believe I have the current version, which is “Consultix 4.0.1”. I keep getting security warnings for “WordPress Slider Revolution <= 6.6.12 – Author+ Remote Code Execution Vulnerability”. The Slider Revolution version installed is 6.4.3. I attempted to use my own “individual” license to upload and it didn’t display correctly. So my question, is there an update that I’m missing so that I can update the slider to a “secure” version? I appreciate the reply. I updated the plugins for WPBakery and Slider Revolution, yet for some reason the slideshow is now displaying left aligned initially (it centers itself after approx 20 seconds) and the title area vertical spacing is now misaligned (more space above page title, less space below breadcrumbs, and more space between title and breadcrumbs). I did an overwrite of the theme with the latest version just in case, and cleared cache on the site and in my browser. Issue is still there. Not sure what’s going on? Anyway, it looks like I’ll need to contact support. Thanks.

Hi, I can’t translate ”read more” under the blog posts. Do you have a solution? I’ve translated on different locations with the Loco Translate plugin (custom/author/system). Also I’ve translated the string ”Read More”, but in the frond-end I still see the untranslated string. Do you know what I’m doing wrong?

Unfortunately I can’t activate/register the theme on the live domain as it shows it “The Purchase Code Is Already Being Used On Another Domain”.
How do I go about de-registering the Purchase on the sub-domains so I can use it on my live domain?
