I cannot understand how the authors of this topic do not update the code so that there are no operational errors in wordpress. I had the same problem as the user “garyjhills” and the answer I got from the author of the theme was “there is an error” ... wow … brilliant conclusion. The “Envato-Market” plugin option does not work and doesn’t solve the problem. So i understand it. If you wan’t the problem solved, you’ve got to paid again. Well, wordpress themes and others written by you, never again.

You need not to build the theme from scratch, you can simply upgrade the theme and all its plugins by using plugin “Envato-Market”. You can renew support for continuous technical support further. So, I have been using your theme for a couple of years now, checked and found I was running version 1.3 and it had been updated up to 1.7. Installed the latest version, and…..a lot of the functions I had been using are no longer available (certain widgets are gone such as About Us and Contact Widget) Trying to get my footers looking the same as they did before is now a bit of a chore!
I have restored from a backup to a previous version as the whole update was a mess!! You have changed a lot of things since version 1.3 and updating the theme was just no feasible for me as it broke too much in my site!

Kindly update the theme and all plugins coming with latest theme. You can reinstall the plugins by removing old ones. You will get all stuff back.

Thanks for replying, as mentioned, it’s been over 2 years since I first bought the theme and I didn’t renew support as it always worked perfectly.
I will try another update to see if what you suggested above works. If not then I may have to just build the site from scratch with the new theme as the start point.

Hello! Is there a portfolio section in a theme ? how easy is to add new Content blocks in a theme home page e.g. Vision Statement, mission etc. Is there a Our Teams section in a theme ? I’ve used the template for about a year. The template itself is great, a little learning curve in the beginning when modifying but got where I needed to after a while. One strong thing to consider for folks using this: it uses WPBakery tool and if that plugin maker creates an update your site may not work as expected. That is my case, I had a perfectly working site and after a upgrade to a more secure version of WP Bakery my site doesnt display correctly. I contacted WPBakery and they told me I cant upgrade to the new secure version. It looks like I have to repurchase the template again….this could be a loop that requires a person to re-purchase the template every year or so….not sure but Its something to consider when buying this template. There are multiple plugins used by the template and not sure if that is the same for other plugins as well.

Hi there, thanks for the creating this wonderful theme, we really enjoy using it so far.
One quick question though, we just updated the image sizes on the the “Settings > Media > Media Settings” page and regeneratd all the image thumbnails using “Regenerate Thumbnails” plugin.
However the theme is still displaying the featured image of certain posts incorrectly. You can see an example here: http://dev.glideagency.com/lynn-and-brown/tag/agreed-fixed-pricing/

2) I would also like to change the font color of the footer titles. I am using a white background and I couldn’t figure it out.
3) The arrows for the mobile version of the dropdown menus are difficult to hit using a phone. Is there a way to enlarge the hitboxes?

Theme doesn’t have woo commerce feature but it support it. You can easily installed the wocomerce and it would show default design of shop and cart.
You can easily make the website multilingual by using plugins like WPML or weglot etc. Theme support all multilingual plugins.
