Although I have my cover image (on homepage) set in wp bakery, it does not appear anymore. So, the background remains grey.

Hey there!
Just bought your theme and I’m experiencing a problem with the header. When I choose to upload the same image you have on the sample site it forces me to crop the image yet I get an error popup once I click on crop. On my website, a gray field can be seen instead of the image.
Any ideas how to resolve this?
