Responsive support is missing from the theme. Pictures are grossly distorted when displayed on a phone. So sad.

Hello, I have downloaded the zip files of Convo and I am trying to install the zip in my wordpress. However an “HTTP Error 500” occurs after I press the button of installation. Do you know why this happens? I have already tried various browsers and also I deleted cahe and cookies in case they were the cause…. However the message remains…Any advice?
