i used the purchase code for one of my website, however, the domain and hosting got expired and i dont have access anymore with the cpanel, and i forgot to deactivate the code. is there a way you can help me to deactivate in the other website.

trying to add pages to the home page scroll. how do you do that?
Create a new page with “Home Page Template” and add that page to the “Home Page Menu” location.
created a new page – triggered “Home Page Template” – added page to the Home Page Menu (I think you mean on the menu page – but it doesn’t become part of the home page scroll. remains as a separate page clickable page in the menu. I would like it to be included on the home page, and in the menu.
another issue has appeared – URL appear with -2 added to them. when removed their format changes to a blog post look.

The download from today states that it’s still version 4.5. But it seems that style.css in the main_file_cooper has been altered earlier today, so I assume that someone forgot to change 4.5 to 4.6 in style.css. Is that about right?

You need to give minimum 48 hours for replay back.
If for license:
Before moving to the other domain, you need to didactive your purchase code from the About Cooper option. For now I reset your purchase code. You can use it again to the new domain.
Just go to the About Cooper option and activate your purchase code.

How do you moved your site?
i only see welcome text and “Required to add This Page To “Home Page Menu” Location.” message. my db query shows too many my old domain urls. I think your framework can not update domain change.
Go to the Appearance => Menu and select menu location as “Home Page Menu” add menu items. Check how it’s working.
I am not sure how you moved your site’s content to the another domain. So I can’t tell you what wrong with old URL.
I did not move the installation. My hosting supports multiple domains. First i created a subdomain and installed cooper. Then when real domain transferred to this hosting. I changed the url from settings thats all.
Great news! Menu was still there earlier so i did not check again. Regarding to your comment i check the menu location and saw that somehow homepage menu and primary menu options are resetted and empty. When i set these options, homepage came back. Now i understand that menu is key to show front page. Thanks for your support. What happened when i change the URL of the wordpress i dont know, but i only care that the home page is back. I will never touch the URL again. Best regards.

I fixed it temporarily by changing .bg-title { min-height: tp 450px;} This was 300px. But now it doesn’t look centered anymore on 13” Macbooks.

I have tried emailing support but have not heard anything back. My cooper template shows 10 thumbails under our work (portfolio) but it looks funny because its listed in 3’s. how do I make it only 9 thumbnails instead of 10 thumbnails?
Unfortunately, the normal Visual Composer (WP Bakery) elements are not included, or have been removed, so you’re only allowed the custom elements that the developer has made. I’d like to see the full WP Bakery element library available to use as well.
