While I suspect the actual Copallyt theme is superb too, I have only just downloaded it and begun the customizing process... so I can't fully comment on all of the theme's functionality as yet. However, I CAN comment on what terrific support I have already received. Because I'm just learning Wordpress, I managed to delete or change some element in the template that I shouldn't have. I contacted Mymoun via email and was very pleased at how quickly everything was put back "in order" or reset for me (same day). Of course, I'm looking forward to seeing what my final "customized" look of Mymoun's theme will ultimately be, but based on the attention to my difficulties and to getting everything working again for me, I'm confident I'll be giving another 5 star rating on the Copallyt theme too!

We faced initial setup issues in importing the demo content. I send a support request and it was resolved quickly within one day. Also, other issues reported during setup of the page were quickly resolved.
I also liked the option to import ready made content.
Looking forward to full setup my site using the template and the imported demo content for my site.
