My website suddenly started showing deprecated preg_match() end fatal error from roadtheme helper plugin and theme functions.php line number 240( that fill classes attribute from object).and i tried to download files again and reupload the theme but stilli can see lots of errors .

I have two issues:
1. We have purchased this theme, so why the WPBakery plugin is not updated with the latest version rest of the plugins have been updated well. Below is the link for the snapshot of the error message that I am getting.
