I purchased this theme and added theme in WordPress step by step as mentioned in the documentation. But I am not able to Import demo, there is no option in the theme to import demo. How do I fix that? I have also generated a ticket for this issue. Ticket number is 2250789

I have followed the steps shown in the video. Upload the theme> activate the theme> install plugins. But I can’t Import demo. When I select pages from WordPress admin view, I can’t see the pages from coreconsult theme

This is a really great theme but there are still issues with WP5.6, had to roll back to 5.5.3. can you email me when you are updating, I will keep it at 5.5.3 until then thanks.

I’ve already paid $59 to GoDaddy so they could handle the installation of theme and demo. I’m waiting on them to do it. If I thought you would be able to quickly turn this matter into a solution, I would gladly have you do it, but it’s taken 2 days to get a reply. Not sure what I should do at this point as I’m falling wayyy behind on the project. Very disappointed thus far.

No. When I log in via Recovery Mode it shows that some of your plugins are stopping the process.When I disable one of them, another one is cited. It just keeps going. This whole thing has become a giant mess and I would like to request a refund as I am now having to pay GoDaddy to clean up the mess.

Nice looking theme but it’s a pity that the submenu can not be opened while clicking on the parent menu item on a mobile device. Dropdown only works by clicking on the small arrow/caret on the right, which is not user-friendly for everybody. Please give us a solution to make the dropdown/submenu works on touching the parent item.
