Since the first installation, this theme caused just issues. The support was not according to the requirements, the theme is not being updated as needed, and the templates are outdated and no more compatible with the new WordPress/Woocommerce version, or with Elementor Pro.

This theme is a nightmare! Its been a problem since the first installation. I have built a few sites in the past and this theme/support has not been helpful. My content and pages that I built prior to the install have disappeared and support has not helped. SHOP pages and products are NOT customizable along with the Typography. If you have certain fonts that you use - this cannot be applied to these two pages. It does not give my site a cohesive look.

I have requested help through support and its been almost 5 days and none of my basic issues are resolved. To top it off, multiple plug-ins conflict with the theme. It is NOT compatible with Elementor Pro, Elementor Essentials Addon/Pro, Classic Editor, Jetpack, Updraft, Loginizer and a few others.

VERY deceiving and the developer needs to be more upfront with what it is compatible with - I have requested a refund. Will not be recommending this theme!!

There are many bugs in the theme and customer support is too much slow. they respond to simple queries after 2 to 3 days

The customer support is not helpful at all. Sometimes when you ask question they did not answer and close the ticket. The template itself are not fully responsive, and I have multiple issue on Elementor. Once edit sometimes the elementor is not working and keep clicking there's no respond and need to keep refresh and refresh. Seriously, really time consuming and not worth for the price.
