Overall this template is workable. There are however two drawbacks:

1) We were disappointed to find that there is no coding for a functioning contact form. The contact page "looks okay" but the "form" isn't in a tag, there is no form actions, and no form script. You have to create all of this yourself.

2) There is a code issue in a support file that causes the site's pages to take 20-30 seconds to load in IE.

After reworking the page coding and applying good technical SEO we were able to get the index page load time to 946ms. Google Page Speed Insights scored it 74/90 on mobile/desktop.

The documentation is very shallow. This template can be managed but it's not going to be easy for anyone who is not above average on coding.
