I can't thank Milorad Mladenovic enough for his awesome customer support. He was awesome through every issue i encountered.
The theme is great, it needs some adjustments but it's well done.
I use many themes at ThemeForest, and sometimes, you would be disappointed at poor quality themes but this theme is simple and perfect for cafes and restaurants! I'm happy with this theme.

Hello there,
In regards to customizing pages of our theme, you can use the WP Bakery page builder plugin that comes bundled with the theme to easily edit the shortcodes from the admin panel. There are also multitudes of options to choose from as well as different layouts and templates.
As for setting up the WP Bakery page builder plugin lease follow this article on how to do so within your installation.
You can also find documentation on the theme here which can guide you in how to use the various options our theme offers. You could also refer to our knowledge base for many helpful articles.

Amazing theme, great work
At first sight, this theme is very good, but the customer support is the worst, I hope you don't need customer support if you buy this theme.
The menu module only works with names with few words. If you have a menu item that is more than 5 words, the website is not responsive anymore.
Upon asking the team to fix this problem they fixed it in a way which changed the essential design of the menu function and made it behave in a way which was not to be expected design-wise. The fix was so useless that even I did a better job in 30 minutes even though it shouldn't be my job to fix a theme that I paid for just because the developers only tested it on a big display with a short name.

We found the only support thread of yours #1646396 that was related to this issue. From what we can see, our agents offered you some solutions that are acceptable as a workaround. As far as the essential design is concerned, nothing is changed really, except they had to adapt menu items to your desire. We don't think this fix is bad, actually we think it's the best way to solve this issue and you should follow the instructions accordingly.
Our themes are tested on various devices and we carefully position elements for responsive behavior. Some issues may occur once in a while and we tend to fix them right upon the report. If you thought you had a better solution for this specific problem, feel free to go ahead and solve it on your own.
Bare in mind that our support team is doing their best to provide top-notch support for all our users and if some of their solutions don't satisfy you, you should let us know. Until then, please reconsider this poor rating, because we're certain that we will get to the bottom of this problem.
