Hi there, do you need to pay for ‘Elementor Pro’ in order to make changes? Also, is there a way to add a size chart pop-out window with this theme?

There is no need for purchasing the Elementor PRO plugin. Everything you saw on our live demo is built with the free version of this plugin, and we haven’t tested the Elementor PRO plugin.
We don’t have an option for adding a size chart. You can search for 3rd party plugin, but we can not guarantee it will work, since we haven’t tested any.

Also, is there a language and currency switch present in the website? I couldn’t find one in the demo.
For fashion brands these two features would be great inclusions to your already beautiful website theme!

In our theme, labels are translatable, and to translate labels in the theme, you would have to use a 3rd party plugin, such as WPML or Loco Translate.

Hello, very nice theme! I wanted to know would it be possible to apply the layout of products in the shop page the same way it’s displayed in the home page under Shop Metro style? Like I want when people view the shop page to see that layout full width, would that be possible?
Also, for the single product page for the Big images Product style would it be possible to make the photos fixed so when the user scroll the product details on the right stays and only the images on the right scroll, would that be something I can add as an option?

Unfortunately it is not possible to set metro layout for main shop page. You can set the shop page to display without sidebar (please see screenshot), however, products will be displayed in grid.
The info on “Big Images” product layout can be set to be fixed with some custom css, however, we don’t recommend it because if you have a bit more info it will not be shown, only info which fits screen will be visible (please see screenshot).

Hello,
Theme uses Elementor as page builder and the demo content is built using this plugin. Unfortunately there is no demo content version built with WPBakery.
The theme is compatible with WPBakery, and all of the theme’s shortcodes are also available with this page builder, so you can use it to build your content. However, this plugin is not included with the theme and if you wish to use it you need to purchase it separately.

I was trying to import the data but it saying “There are no predefined import files available for this theme. Please upload the import files manually below.” and also its saying ” Please note that your server resources are not configured properly so you might run into an issue during the demo import process. Please adjust your server configuration values.”

Please note that any premium WP theme requires a bit more dedicated resources on your server, which is something that’s common among robust and complex themes such as ours. Recommended PHP Versions And Resources And How To Set Them.

I purchased this theme, went to submit a ticket but its telling me that my purchase code is invalid because this theme isnt even listed in your list of themes in your ticket system…. I need assistance with the following:
The header options in the corsen theme are not working. I have set defaults, and also checked specific pages, and the header is not properly updating. The issue specifically, is that the menu items will not center.
I also tried installing Elementor Header/Footer builder, and after using a custom header that I built in that plugin, all of the WooCommerce pages such as checkout, cart etc. are displaying in Full Width. This is an issue since we need to use custom headers and also footers in this build. Please advise and provide us with assistance on this. Thanks for any assistance.

When you log in at our Help Center, click on the “Submit a Request” link in header, and fill in the form as shown in screenshot. First enter your purchase code, then select the profile (in this case Select) and then theme.
It could be that different header and logo options are set on the page. Local page options will override global theme options and you can find more in this article – The Global And Local Settings Info And Troubleshooting.
We haven’t tested the theme with Elementor Header/Footer builder. All of the header and footer templates are by the theme.
