You are actually on a very older version of the theme. Please update the theme to the current version.
Kindly create a sub-domain or sub-directory to update the theme and customize the newer version of the theme as per your requirement and move it to the live server.

Ok so what you mean is that your theme is not compatible with Elementor Pro? Do you plan to support it in the future? Because without Elementor pro, we are very limited to the extent of the changes we can do on the website.

hi there, i buy the theme but images be blurerr and not good… you can help me import demo ? i try 10 times and the problem in the images if you look into zip file into upload folder and show the images there are blurr before import, what can i do ? i can’t use this like this..

The image pixel size is different, that’s why in the front-end view it slightly differs. Kindly add all images with the same pixel size and it will show equalize size in the front view.

1) As of now, the product will have a common product description template which is called from the elementor templates. To create each product template you need to select the custom description from the selection and enter your customized description for each product.

1) We have created a login for the support forum. In the future, if the issues may occur kindly use this login. The credentials are sent through your mail.
2) Regarding your user menu icon link, you need to hard code the URL as per your need. Added screenshot for your reference, https://prnt.sc/26rw0mf. Do the same as per the screenshot guidance.
[note] If the theme got updated the old code will be overridden. Then you need to edit the code again in the coding.
3) For customizing the menu item you need to update the menu order in the Appearance > Menus. Added screenshot for your reference, https://prnt.sc/26rvr6y.

The plugin is already activated and please ignore the message that is showing in your dashboard.
Plugins are included in our theme package, there is no need for you to purchase them. However if you want premium features of the plugin and premium support, only then you need to purchase a separate license for it.

thats not possible, ive installed it on a local server when i install -framework this error occurs on all sites. When i delete the -framework folder from /plugins, the error disapears. Also i cant find the demo content possibility either not in Unison i can send you screenshots by mail … thx!
