It is a good template, fully customizable, no issues with any plugin installed, it is fast. Need some work to fix gtmetrix or insight but it is usual for a webmaster, and for help you there is the fantastic customer support, without any doubt he best I found here on themeforest. They answer really quickly and always find a solution to fix things. Really happy.
I've purchased a lot of themes, but by far this has been the easiest to figure out with the flexible features and tons of options. The theme also is very lightweight too.
What tops off the 5 star rating is the amazing and fast support. The support team is not only there for questions you have, but they respond really fast too. And they are happy to help! Would buy this theme again in a heartbeat.
Submitted tickets to the theme developer for 2 bugs found in the theme, also identified in the demo. Neither ticket was resolved, the first one he seemed confused and we ended up fixing by disabling a theme file. The 2nd ticket, he never bothered to reply at all and we are currently fixing his code ourselves.

100% Satisfied, I think that developer is fabulous and constantly updating is the most good part overall ! They are working constantly and updating as well !!! millions of features make it possible to very good for your all webmasters.
A great simple theme, easy to use with plenty options to customise. As with many new themes there have been a couple of issues but the support has been quick, swift and the issues promptly sorted.
I'm confident that this will be a great site for my client.
Support is reactive and has displayed high willingness to help. I highly recommend this theme.

Great theme. I had to build a site in 48 hours and was able to get it up and running really quickly. Support has been great which is important especially when you want to tweak something. Look forward to more from qtcmedia.
