I am trying to access the Cosonix Shortcode plugin and went to this page here where i submitted all of the information required including the purchase code: https://fluentthemes.com/verify-purchase/cosonix/. However when I click on the button “Download Please” I end up being redirected to a 404 page and am unable to access or download this required plugin.

The theme has PayPal payment method built-in. WooCommerce has not been integrated with the Cosonix theme yet, we are planning to include WooCommerce compatibility soon.

It depends on how you manage the downloadable product. Most of the users of Cosonix theme make a password protected page where the product (eBook) download link is given. Once the payment is made, the admin provides the payer the password of that page.

I installed purchased and installed this theme and so far its been such a hassle. I imported theme demo 2 (legal one), but it is showing the eBook one instead. I did the theme option import, and nothing happened. The website looks as if css or js was not loaded correctly. I need help ASAP, as this is taking a lot more effort than I thought it would.

The demo 2’s data is present in your purchased file named ‘Cosonix_demo_data-Consultancy.xml’. When you start installing Theme bundled plugins you should find a Notification saying ‘Please verify your purchase code’ (like this screenshot). If you verified your purchase code by clicking on that link, you should have already got the Download link of The Shortcodes plugin.
If you still can’t find the verification link (as shown in the screenshot), please contact the Support Team and they will provide you the direct download link of the plugin.

You can reply to the Support team if their recent reply didn’t answer your question yet. They will explain whatever questions you have. They have better knowledge about the theme than we (the comment moderators) have. Just hit a reply and they will get back to you within 24-48 hours.
If you think you purchased the wrong theme and you are eligible for a refund, please make your refund request by visiting here and the refund request handler will check your request. If you are legally correct he will approve your request and you will get the money back.

3. If you change the password after 30 days, the user will not have the access after 30 days. If you do not change the password at all, the user will have access for life time.

Hi, I wanted to know the updates of the WPBakery Page Builder and Revolutions Slider plugins are not included? They are inserted of the theme downoad but in wordpress they result not updated. I’m waiting, thanks
Hi, The bundled plugins cannot be automatically updated. The process of updating those plugins is: Deactivate and DELETE the existing plugins and then you will find the notification in your wp-admin dashboard to install those plugins. Install those by clicking on the given links there and you are done. The plugins are updated.

Yes, I followed this procedure also written in the documentation. I have disabled and removed the plugin to update and installed the plugin downloaded from this theme. But there’s always the plugin update notification. Plugin updates included in the theme are not automatic, but are they included in theme updates? Thank you for your availability

The version of the WPBakery Page Builder plugin used now is 5.7, asks for the update to version 6.0.5 (even if it says Compatibility with WordPress 5.2.2: unknown). While for Revolution Slider the version used is 5.4.8, but it only says that “A new version of Slider Revolution is available”. thank you very much
Hi, From the support team I got information that users of Cosonix theme should get WPBakery version 6.0.5 and Rev Slider version 6.0.7. And, to get them the procedure is simple as mentioned before. Just deactivate and delete the plugins and then you will find the notifications to install those plugins. Install and activate them, and you are done.
Can you please retry now as I have suggested here? If you are still not getting the latest versions, please inform me with screenshots please.

Yesterday I bought your theme and uploaded it on our website with Wordpress 5.1 However, When installing the required plugins I get the following error messages:

It also says for example: Plugin not activated. A higher version of The Cosonix Shortcodes is needed for this theme. Please update the plugin.
This means the plugins that comes with your themes are not updated?
Could you please assist and check what the problem is?

The error messages show that it is cURL issue. Some hosting server’s do not have cURL installed automatically. You can ask your hosting provider to install cURL in your server.
However, if you contact the Support Team with your item purchase code, they will provide you direct download links of the required plugins. You can download them and install in your WordPress.

Yes, you can simply add mailchimp to that email capture in the homepage and modify the colors. Also, you can use the 3 blocks linking to your 3 recent blog posts after that email capture section. If you do not need anymore sections in the homepage, you can keep it that way. No problem at all, since it is drag and drop sections in the pages with page builder

Hi, Yes you can add as many as you want. We told you 3 blocks to make you understand which blocks we are talking about, because we added 3 blocks in the Live Preview. In the live preview the 1st block’s heading is ‘1 Click Demo Installation’. Hope you understand now which blocks we are talking about. As we said earlier, if you want more blocks you can add them easily.
