Hi, I know my support term since purchasing the theme has expired, but it´s till now that my client has asked for checkboxes in a contact form field, but I cannot get them to show up (using contact form 7). Is this a conflict with the theme´s CSS?

Hello. The custom CSS doesn’t seem to be getting loaded on the page. No matter what I add in to the Custom CSS it doesn’t load – can’t be seen in the source or via Firebug. Please explain how I can use the cusom code or permanently import it into the page source code. Thanks,

Can you please clear something up… there are two themes yours “coursaty” and “coursat” from vergatheme both appear to be similar if not the same theme not sure which is original but the “coursat” theme provides appalling levels of support ie. its non existent and i don’t want to be caught out the same.

Don’t purchase this theme. Don’t waste your time and money here. There are bugs, just like the comments above state.

For support, the authors direct you to their own site and forums, which are super confusing. Once you finally figure out how to submit a ticket, they do not respond. They don’t care.

Hello. I’ve purchased your theme and need some initial support. I have tried registering on your forums but your support system isn’t sending out emails – either initial registration or password requests, so I have to request support on here. I have installed the theme fine and imported SOME of the demo data. The only demo data I cannot install is the content-data.xml file from demo 1. I just get an internal server error (and no data is installed) despite my PHP settings being at 256mb for data post and max upload. The demo data also cannot be installed via your demo upload tool (it just sits at 0% all the time) – so I think there are some path errors in your XML file. I am unable to get my menus to look like yours on the Demo 1 example (the Courses drop down). Please can you let me know how the menus should be constructed to match your examples? Hope you can help – thanks.

I need to say, so other users know. This is one of the worst themes I’ve come across in a long time. We buy a lot.

• The instructor post type is not as advertised, it’s a second rate version
• The map plugin, is not only out of date and no longer supported, but doesn’t work with Googles latest requirements
• I have never come across a site that uses Visual Composer, that basically doesn’t work with Chrome. Yet you guys blame Chrome…
• The mega menu has some serious z-index issues (layers behind menus)
• Your support system sucks. You could have easily answered my question earlier in this system, to let other users know the solution. But instead, you gave a non-answer

To potential buyers. I would not buy this theme. We fixed our issues, but only because we have coders capable of doing so.

It seems like it is asking for a google maps api key. Where can I place this?
