I don't understand how this theme has such good reviews. I've been a web developer for over 10 years and I've never had so many problems adjusting the design of a website. Very few design features, you install a demo and editing it is a complete madness because it is so poorly built, it's almost better not to install a demo. Very disappointed with this theme. I'm not asking for a refund because I already invested a lot of time trying to get the design right.

El sticky menú no responde adecuadamente a los cambios de color, no se aplica por igual en las páginas normales y en los cursos. Los tipos de letra no reflejan lo que visualmente está en el editor de elementor. Se pierde la configuración de los colores manuales del sticky menu. Si cambias el layout de los cursos se borra el layout de las páginas normales y hay que restablecerlo . En fin, demasiadas fallas de configuración.

This theme isn´t really customizable in courses and main pages of categories. I cannot enroll course if I don´t use the template by default. In the moment that you try to design your "own" templates have a lot problems. After more than 15 years in web design, this theme doesn´t offer the customization that I need. Finally I need to buy another LMS.

I finally got hold of the support. On the thimpress webpage, it's difficult to find where to submit your support ticket, and it was frustrating at first (taking 30 minutes to get to the right place). But when I finally got through the support, it was very good. Thanks for that.
The support is greate, specially LearnPress support.
This is quite an elaborate fraud. This theme makes it mandatory for you to buy Premium WP Bakery, without which you can edit the website. You are totally dependent on WP Bakery it doesn't work till you shell up $59. Disappointed

The customer support is done with Ticketing system. The answer SLA is around 24h and they are very useful. There template is stable. I still haven't started using the courses system, but ii have woocommerce and events. All works well together. I'm satisficed from the support given and the solutions they've provided. Highly recommend this template.
