The premium Theme is awesome to begin with and the bold builder editor is incredibly user friendly to use. But the absolute best thing is their support team. They are very good word press developers and go above and beyond to help customers when needed. In the past 2 years working with them - they have always promptly responded and always resolved issues and best of all helped make the whole techy side simpler for non web developers more on business side...
