If I remove div id=”mapCanvas” from a page so that the Google map doesn’t show, the the “To Top” button no longer works. I don’t want the map but I do want the To Top button. Why is the button dependent on the map?
I am using the subpage-sidebar-left template.
Thank you for the quick reply… I’m impressed.
I took a look at the Post you referred to, but the code that needs removing no longer appears in the post. Can you post it again please?
No problem!
The code was never in the post, but I pointed out where to find it:
In the js/script.js file, search for: ‘Google Maps init’. Remove the code below. ‘Below’ meaning right below the text you searched for inside that file
Hope this helps!
Kind regards, 66Themes
That’s what I thought but when I removed the code from Google Maps init, the “To Top” button no longer worked so I figured there must be more to it. Do I leave the Google Maps init section header in place and just remove the code?
Cleared the cache on my laptop and everything is working fine now.
Thank you for your help!
No problem!
It looks that the LayerSlider doesn’t work on my mainpage I see a loading loop and in the preview section I see this:
It looks like you are using an old version (1.10.2) of the jQuery library. LayerSlider requires at least version 1.7.0 or newer. If you are using the WordPress version of LayerSlider, you can try out the “jQuery Updater” plugin from the WP plugin depository. If you don’t know what to do, you can write us a private message from our CodeCanyon profile page. We need a temporary WP admin account (or a temporary FTP account in some cases) to solve this issue.
Hi,
Unfortunately, I only provide support to registered purchases. Did you buy the item under a different account? If so, login to that account and give me a heads up.
Thanks!
Kind regards, 66Themes
Yeah, the problem is that I written in the wrong section. I have bought the Wordpress version
Haha, that’s okay!
I just upgraded WordPress to version 3.6 and I’m getting the exact same error. The LayerSlider plugin seems to confuse the latest jQuery version with an old one for some reason.
I don’t think they have released an update yet, but I’m going to look into it and will update the theme as soon as a fix is available!
Kind regards, 66Themes
So you are suggesting me to proceed with an earlier version of WP?
Cheers, Franco
HI, Just purchased the theme.
Haven’t touched the theme yet, but the photo slider (in Latest Project/ Our Partners) not working.
Whats the deal?
in fact none of the scripts are running. What is the problem?
I think i tracked the problem. it seems i must disable php to be sure that scripts are running properly on the localhost (strange thought)
Hi there,
Thank you for your purchase!
Make sure you properly setup the Twitter API first. If it’s not configured correctly, the JavaScript plugin may throw errors causing other code to break.
See the documentation on how to setup the API.
Let me know if you require any more assistance!

Well what you have explain is for wordpress. what to do after getting those keys in html version? where we should check to replace new keys?
Hi there,
you’re right, my bad! The only difference is the path to the file, which is assets/twitter/index.php. You can enter your API details in there.
Cheers!
Cannot for the life of me to get the twitter api to work, it just says – loading latest tweets…
Hi there,
Have you properly setup your twitter app and entered the 4 keys as described in the documentation? Are you getting any Javascript errors in the console?
Kind regards, 66Themes
Hi, Yes I have set up the twitter app correctly and not getting any errors in the js console. I am using the html version of the theme.
It was working previously until twitter updated its api rules. I made the changes that you recommended in your update and it worked for a while but it has not worked for a few months now. I left it it but I want to resolve it again.
Kind regards
Strange it stopped working. Could you provide me with the URL to the site so I can have a look?
Thanks!
Cheers!

Are you sure you’re using the most recent version of the jQuery tweet plugin? I’m seeing an error that the old API is being called which indicates it’s the older version.
Is it possible you can provide a download link for the latest file?
Thanks
Sure, you can find it right here: https://github.com/StanScates/Tweet.js-Mod
Hey Guys, The Twitter API just doesn’t work by some reason. I’ve changed the tokens, keys in the assets/twitter/index.php and in the tmhAuth.php as well but it still doesen’t trigger the feeds. Any idea what could have gone wrong? Cheers!
Hi there,
do you have an example site I can take a look at? It would help the troubleshooting process!
If I had to make a guess, I’d say make sure that the ‘modpath’ is pointing to the correct file.
Kind regards, 66Themes
Hi! I need some help with my site I created using your template. www.kbautoglass.com
I have a second contact form (www.kbautoglass.com/ref-form.html) which I can’t get to work. The HTML is good (I think) but I can get it to go through or validate after submitted.
I understand this is not part of your support, so I’m willing to pay you to help me with this. I REALLY NEED TO GET THIS DONE ASAP!
Thank you so much!!!!
First of all, I purchased the theme. The problems are so many, I don’t know where to start so I’ll mention just the most important ones. 1. The automatic slider doesn’t work. 2. The menu float function is not working although is loaded through script.js. 3. The position of the background image for the sliders is aligned to left instead of always be on the center (for those who have resolutions more than FullHD is just nasty). 4. “To top” button is overlapping the footer section in the index.html file, although on the other pages is displayed correctly.
For now, please resolve those things and I will get back with episode 2 .
No offense, but, when you try to sell a product, those things are a bit annoying sometimes for the customers!
Best wishes, and really hopping you don’t get mad of my report,
Alex.
