Customizing this template using the visual composer is cumbersome at best. I spent the good part of a day fighting it and ended up deleting the entire site and starting over. The instructions provided are not very informative/just a quick overview and at this point I am thinking of buying yet another template and hoping that it doesn't use this god awful site builder.
We are saddened that you had such difficulties. Today the visual composer is the most functional and popular sitebuilder for WordPress themes. But we are not developers of this plugin. In our theme documentation we inserted a link to the documentation for visual composer with the video details and work description and customization. The theme has been installed already on several websites and was customized without any issues.
Also, you didn't contact with our support team for help. Our team tries to respond promptly 7 days a week.
Please, write us and our developers could help you with problems you have.
