I purchased this theme Creative but in Wordpress version because I don’t know manipulate html files.

My question is if it’s possible to update the Wordpress version purchasing this one and with a programer service adapt it, or it’s really like to do a new site?.

The creative html version it’s from 2019, it must be better, no? the Creative Wordpress version it’s from 2017, I found some bugs like: Impossible to erase some widgets in customize area one time that your put it in, and portfolio gallery it doesn’t reacts in my section “shop” impossible to make visible.

Hello. I downloaded this and looked at it, but it doesn’t seem to be responsive. The images do not fill the screen proportionately when stretching the browser window. Some images are aligning one way, and others another. I really don’t have the time to fix this. I was hoping this template would have saved me the time of doing this myself. Is it possible to return this license? The template just doesn’t work the way I had expected it to from the demo.

I wish to add a fifth section in the theme like the 4 on the grid on clicking the center button. I want to understand if that is possible, and how could that be achieved?

I bought the template but not all the designs are in the psd folder. For example, “about us” is missing the workspace, the clients … I need the full psds.

Guys, please please don’t purchase this template save your money. There is no guidelines and a lot of errors even installation is not working.

I’m running through some issues that I can’t seem to figure out: 1. The scrolling on IOS (iPhone) is not smooth, it’s rather glued almost, but on android its fine, why is that? and how do I fix it and make the scrolling just as smooth as other websites? 2. The logo looks perfect on desktop but It will not stay centered on mobile, the logo appears rather big and uncentered. Also, the logo looks fine on android but it is cropped on iPhone, how do I fix that?

I can’t see any guide document with the website

Hi, I’ve purchased your template thinking it was a wordpress template but I realised that It wasn’t and that I have to upload the site through my server but I’m not advanced in that way so I dont know how to do that. also I’m not sure how will I be able to customize it since I’m not a coder. Please help, thank you.

I didn’t get a full download according to wordpress – it is missing some style sheets and will not open as a template for me.
