From the ease of use of the template, the preset design choices for the block/text/image areas to the OUTSTANDING support from the author, Steel Themes, I highly recommend purchasing this template, or any others they offer. Theme is looking really nice, it have some small bugs here and there, but i have been working with the support team to work out these bugs, the support team answers really quickly i think they are online 24/7 :)
