This is a third party plugin which is not included within our theme package. Do note that we cannot guaranty theme compatibility with third party plugins as they have not been tested with our theme, and also if you need assistance with this plugin you can always contact the plugin author on this matter.

Hi there. I would like to use the Google font “Barlow” in the Crimson theme. Unfortunately the menu does not show this font. Is there any way to include this font via the “Edge Options”? I would prefer not to do this with CSS. Thanks!

After installing “Oops, slider with alias main home not found”. I installed Slider Revolution and also have a license.

When viewing portfolio items on a mobile device, the images when clicked, are very small. I understand that resizing them would require custom coding but I was hoping there was a way of turning PrettyPhoto off on mobile device. Is this possible?

Hi. I am looking to control the H1-6 using global settings in the theme and thought I could do that through ‘Edge options’ > ‘Fonts’ > ‘Headings responsive’. However, I’ve read in previous comments that this is not possible without custom CSS. If the headings can’t be controlled through these options then what are these options for? It seems very counter-intuitive to have to add CSS code for every heading and not very well thought out.

Not able to edit pages

If you just updated WordPress to the latest version and you have difficulties editing pages via WPBakery editor, there’s a neat solution for that. Go to Plugins > Add New and install Classic Editor free plugin. This will allow WPBakery editor to be displayed on your edit page again. The Instagram feed / plugin isn’t showing in my theme any longer. I’ve reinstalled and reconnected, with no luck. Anyone else have this problem?

Regarding the Instagram issues, please navigate to: your-website.com/wp-admin/options.php page
Then find all the instagram fields and delete them:

Then navigate to Theme Options > Social Networks > Connect with Instagram.
- Also note that some web servers don’t allow editing the database through options.php, so you might need to access database directly.

I had to start over. I installed Crimson. Problem #1: Crimson settings dont show up on the left side to even go in and edit, problem #2: WPBakery is like visual composer I guess, but there is no advanced linking system to have that FREELANCE demo lookalike. I do not know what to because now I am stuck.

When you install and activate our theme, you need to turn on Edge CPT plugin. Once it’s done, you can import our demo content, according to this article and you’ll receive all demo homes in Pages > All Pages. Then you can simply choose desired home from Settings > Reading.

Turns out after Chrome 66 update, it won’t autoplay videos with sound. Had to mute the video to autoplay it.
