I have purchased a couple of themes on Themeforest from different creators. All came back with the same "unable to install" problem. Tried RedExp as last resort. I had the same problem. Gave a poor rating...due my feelings of being 'conned' again. It is a huge fear factor paying for something that you fear will not work due to other experiences on site. However, RedExp came back within 5 minutes of my outcry...and helped me fix the problem! Thank you for restoring my faith in this area. Good news is...theme installed...so now I can start doing the stuff i need to do. Thank you so much for quick response and support!
