Crux is the most user-friendly theme out there. It's based on best practises for WordPress/WooCommerce, without any obscure frameworks on top of another framework.. It's highly customizable, developer-friendly, it looks good on every device, and the support is great!
I have 4 days of support remaining and have submitted numerous support requests, I cannot find the tickets in your support and have not received one single response to my query. I need to decrease the font size.

You might want to check your spam folder for any emails from us. I understand the discomfort of the delay caused by the weekend during which support is not provided, but we are happy to help you, and such a harsh rating does not reflect the dedication to supporting our products :)

I have bought several themes over themeforest and this is by far easiest theme i've worked with!! No hassle and easy to use.
